Amazon Files $17.6M Expansion of Project Eagle’s Supporting Buildings

Two additional registrations add supporting-building detail at the proposed campus, with filed starts in November 2026.
Two additional construction registrations reported for Amazon’s Project Eagle identify $17.6 million of auxiliary buildings near Boling. Building L is listed at $16 million and 31,739 square feet; Building N is listed at $1.6 million and 1,575 square feet.
The combined amount relates to those two filings. It is not the total investment in Project Eagle and should not be added to other campus estimates without checking whether their scopes overlap.

Supporting facilities add detail to the campus
The registrations reportedly list November 1, 2026, as the proposed start, with completion estimates in September and November 2027. Filed dates are planning information and do not establish that construction has begun.
A hyperscale development includes infrastructure beyond the principal data halls. Supporting buildings can have their own registration, design and delivery sequence. Their significance depends on the documented function and how they connect to the wider campus.
What the registrations do not establish
The reviewed reporting does not establish the precise operating function of each auxiliary building. It would therefore be premature to label either structure a substation, cooling plant or generator building without the underlying scope.
The filings also do not prove the award of a general construction or installation package. The reported design participant is separated into the member section, while installing contractors remain unconfirmed.
How to follow the next phase
The next useful evidence is the registration scope, local permits and confirmed site activity associated with these particular buildings. Those records would help distinguish the new packages from previously reported Project Eagle construction.
For readers tracking the campus, the update is incremental but material: it adds two defined structures and a proposed delivery period. It should be read as an expansion of the known filing inventory, not a new announcement of the entire project.
