By accessing or using Texas Construction Hub, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to purchase a membership.

Our articles, project information, contractor details, market reports and related materials are provided for general informational purposes. Construction plans, values, schedules, participants and other project facts can change. You should verify information independently before making business, employment, investment, safety or legal decisions.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding access to your account and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. One membership is for one user unless we agree otherwise. You may not share credentials, scrape the service or bypass access controls.

Texas Construction Hub offers monthly and annual paid memberships. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the price and any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled, and promotional prices apply as described at purchase. Stripe processes payments and provides the secure billing portal.

Membership benefits are listed on the membership page. The Texas Project Tracker is planned for the end of October and is reserved for annual members. Release timing and features may change as the product develops.

As Texas Construction Hub develops, we may update membership prices, available plans, included benefits and the level of access provided. Where required, we will notify existing members before changes to recurring charges take effect.

Paid articles, project tracker records, market reports and other member-only materials are provided for use by the individual subscriber or another person expressly authorised under the membership.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• distribute member-only articles, reports, project data or downloadable resources publicly;
• sell, sublicense or otherwise provide another person with access to paid material;
• transfer substantial portions of our content into another publication, platform or database;
• use automated or manual methods to collect, scrape or reproduce project records at scale; or
• use member-only material to build or operate a competing publication, database, tracker or service.

We may restrict, suspend or end access when we reasonably believe that member-only content or project data has been used in breach of these terms.

You may cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

You may not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its security or availability; introduce malicious code; copy, republish, sell or systematically extract our content without permission; impersonate another person; or use our information to send spam or harass others.

The website, branding, design, articles, databases and original materials belong to Texas Construction Hub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal or internal business information needs.

Texas Construction Hub may feature advertising, sponsored content, partner offers or promotional material. We may identify paid or sponsored content where appropriate. Advertisers and partners are responsible for their own products, services, offers and claims, and any agreement you enter into with them is between you and that business.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that breach these terms. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Construction Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
