Colovore Plans $430M Alliance Data Center in Fort Worth
A state filing outlines a 156,500-square-foot building along Heritage Parkway, while Colovore lists 32 MW of planned capacity at its Fort Worth location.
Colovore’s Alliance proposal adds another high-density computing project to the industrial corridor around Alliance Airport. The development is planned in the Denton County portion of far north Fort Worth, near Interstate 35W and south of Highway 114.

Four halls, with power and cooling at the center
The Cross Timbers Gazette’s September 22 report describes a single-story building with administrative space and four data halls of roughly 21,000 square feet apiece. Those dimensions and dates come from a state filing and remain planning figures, rather than evidence of an awarded construction contract.
Colovore identifies the Fort Worth facility as DFW02. Its Dallas market materials promote liquid-cooled infrastructure for dense computing workloads. The company’s capacity plan assigns 8 MW to each of four halls; it does not establish that all 32 MW will be available on the first day of service.
Where construction firms should focus
The proposed configuration points to potential packages in site preparation, concrete, structural construction, electrical distribution, cooling-water piping, controls and integrated commissioning. These are scope-based opportunities, not confirmed bid invitations or subcontract awards.
A phased hall strategy requires coordination between the building shell, utility service and commissioned IT capacity. Contractors should establish which enabling systems must be complete before the first hall can operate and which later packages can be isolated without disrupting customers.
Contractor and schedule questions remain
Colovore is the identified developer and operator. The materials reviewed do not establish a general contractor, architect, electrical contractor or mechanical contractor for Alliance. The next useful disclosures are the delivery team, procurement schedule and division between shell work and technical fit-out.
The filed December 2028 finish should not be read as a guaranteed opening date. Utility energization, required approvals and phased acceptance dates still need project-specific confirmation before suppliers can rely on a delivery window.
