514,726-SF Industrial Park Planned for Fort Worth’s Alliance Corridor

Eagle Alliance Crossing pairs a large cross-dock building with four smaller industrial buildings, outside storage and a fourth-quarter construction target.
Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments announced Eagle Alliance Crossing on October 12, outlining a five-building industrial park at 18344 FM 156 in Fort Worth. The 514,726-square-foot development is planned for 50.31 acres in the Alliance corridor, with construction targeted to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.
A 229,398-square-foot cross-dock facility anchors the program, while four shallow-bay buildings provide a smaller-space offering. Completion is targeted for the first quarter of 2028; the announcement does not establish that groundbreaking has already occurred.

Different buildings, different tenant requirements
The developer lists the smaller buildings at approximately 29,480 to 162,524 square feet, with clear heights reaching 36 feet, dock-high loading and securable truck courts. Outside storage is also part of the offering. This mix gives the development a broader operating profile than a single large distribution shell.
For delivery teams, the building mix could affect the sequence of slabs, envelope work, loading areas and utility connections. A campus can share infrastructure while retaining separate building completion and tenant-fit-out schedules. The overall target should not be treated as a lease commencement date for every future occupier.
The Alliance location
The site’s relationship to SH 114, I-35W, Alliance Airport and the intermodal network is central to its logistics positioning. That connectivity is commercially relevant, while the construction questions remain at site level: access, drainage, utility capacity and the timing of off-site connections.
Outside storage and truck courts make the hardscape and circulation plan part of the usable industrial product. Their completion matters alongside the enclosed floor area. A weather-tight building without workable loading or vehicle access would not provide the full operating environment being marketed.
What remains to be announced
No total construction budget or general-contractor appointment was disclosed in the developer announcement reviewed. Architect and major trade appointments have not been independently established.
The next milestones are a confirmed field start, named delivery team and a building-by-building completion program. Those updates would turn quarterly targets into a more useful procurement and mobilization picture. Until then, this is an announced construction pipeline project with a defined physical program.
