SAP plans to consolidate approximately 1,000 North Texas employees at Spectrum Center in Addison, bringing together staff from its Plano and Allen offices. The company plans to build out 50,193 square feet across several floors, including a customer experience center, with opening targeted for mid-2027. Groundbreak’s Addison project report
The build-out is valued at up to $14 million, covering SAP’s planned investment in its space. Building owner Acram Group has separately spent approximately $30 million on improvements to the property. The owner’s work and SAP’s tenant improvements account for different parts of the building’s repositioning and occupancy.
Addison approved an incentive on October 13 that includes a grant of up to $500,000. The move would concentrate SAP’s local staff in one location and add dedicated space for meeting customers alongside its office operations.
Gensler is the architect for the build-out. Colliers represented SAP, while HPI represented the owner. The available reporting identifies the project’s scope, design firm and opening target. A general contractor and construction registration have yet to be established.
