The announced mix includes Dick’s Sporting Goods, Burlington, HomeGoods, Ulta, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Noble, Boot Barn and EōS Fitness. That lineup spans sporting goods, apparel, home furnishings, beauty, books and fitness, giving the retail phase a mix of larger stores and destinations that serve different daily needs.
The groundbreaking applies to the retail core. A hotel and multifamily housing are planned for later phases, with their own construction schedules still to be established. The retail work gives the 101-acre property its first active development component and an identified group of occupants.
The general contractor and architect were not named in the supplied coverage. The developers have yet to disclose individual building values or a building-by-building opening schedule.
