Fermi Advances Building One Operating Preparations at Project Matador

Fermi reports more than $1.5 billion invested as its Panhandle campus develops. The Building One operating agreement and contractor map are available to members.
Fermi is advancing the operating arrangements for the first data center building at Project Matador, adding another delivery milestone to the Panhandle power-and-compute development.
The company says more than $1.5 billion has been invested. Its broader vision contemplates approximately 17GW, subject to future customer agreements. That campus-scale ambition should be distinguished from the capacity and readiness of the first building.
