Hanna Surveying & Engineering has identified its selection for Phase 2 alongside the Gensler / McCarthy team. The latest package concerns design and preconstruction; it is not the entire terminal construction budget.

The expanded terminal includes facilities that were previously envisaged as later additions. DFW has retained a 2027 target for the original first phase, with subsequent capacity opening in stages.
