IDV Files $67.5 Million, 992,815-Square-Foot Warehouse in Brookshire
The tilt-wall shell building on FM 1489 in Waller County is listed to start construction Dec. 11.
A $67.5 million warehouse has been registered with the state for a site at 1018 FM 1489 in Brookshire. The filing, made Nov. 5 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, lists the project as IDV Brookshire Building 07.
The filing describes a new single-story concrete tilt-wall shell warehouse of 992,815 square feet. The estimated construction cost is $67,511,420. Any future high-pile storage or office build-out will be submitted separately.
The owner of record is IDV QOZB 2023 LLC of Houston. The filing lists the design firm and tenant as "Not Assigned."
The filing lists a construction start of Dec. 11, 2026, and completion by Oct. 11, 2027.
The filing covers Building 07 only. It does not establish the scope or construction status of other buildings, and no general contractor is named in the registration.
