Integra Files $8 Billion Data Center Building at Quanah Campus

The 288,355-square-foot network building in Hardeman County is part of Integra's planned 756-megawatt Quanah campus.
Integra has filed an $8 billion data center building at 4628 Four Corners Road in Quanah, according to an October 27 registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The single-story facility totals 288,355 square feet. The filing names 19000-200 Holdings LLC as owner, at 17000 Dallas Parkway, Suite 200, the Dallas office of Integra Mission Critical.
The registration, titled “Clocktower – NWB 05” and designated “Building 5 – Network,” covers a data center with an office component, built as a pre-engineered metal structure with an insulated metal panel exterior. JHET Architects of Dallas is the design firm. Construction is scheduled from November 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028. No tenant is assigned.
Integra's Quanah project site describes the wider campus as a 756-megawatt development and puts its capital investment at $6.7 billion.
The campus was added on August 24 to the Texas Comptroller’s register of qualifying large data center projects for sales-tax exemption, under the name “Clocktower Quanah.” That listing names Osprey Land Holdings LLC as owner and Paile LLC as operator, according to Texas Data Center Watch. Power supply, water arrangements, a tenant and a general contractor have yet to be disclosed.
