TEADIT Sets Dec. 2 Groundbreaking for 80,000-Square-Foot Pasadena Plant Expansion

A state filing values the addition to the sealing-products maker's 190,000-square-foot plant at $7.5 million.
TEADIT North America will break ground Dec. 2 on an expansion of its gasket and sealing-products plant in Pasadena, the company said in a Nov. 5 announcement. The project adds about 80,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity next to its existing 190,000-square-foot facility.
The company first described the expansion in late October. It said the added space will increase capacity and improve production flow at the plant, which serves customers in refining, chemical processing, power generation and other industrial sectors.
A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing for the site at 10545 Red Bluff Road describes a one-story, 79,803-square-foot addition valued at $7.5 million. The addition includes warehouse space, a breakroom and restrooms. The company called the project a significant investment but did not disclose a figure.
The filing, registered March 16, lists work from May 14 to Dec. 9, 2026, dates that predate the announced groundbreaking. The owner of record is Matchpoint Industrial Properties Inc., care of Teadit North America. Method Architecture of Houston is the architect.
TEADIT makes gaskets, packing and engineered fluid-sealing products. Company executives named in the announcement include Robbie Riggs, president and CEO of TEADIT North America.
The company has not disclosed new jobs, a general contractor or a completion date.
