Two on-call rehabilitation contracts and an extension of the airport's civil landside program-management contract to 2031 are on the Nov. 5 board agenda.

The DFW Airport board is scheduled to vote Nov. 5 on two job-order contracts for on-call facility rehabilitation construction and a $15M increase to the airport's civil landside program-management contract.

The job-order contracts, with Phillips/May Corporation and METCO Engineering, are worth $5M each for the initial term and up to $19M combined with options. Job-order contracts let an owner assign smaller rehabilitation projects to pre-qualified contractors without bidding each one separately.

The board will also consider amending the Civil Landside Planning, Program Management and Construction Management contract with the STV|AZB Joint Venture. The increase would raise the contract's ceiling to $55M and extend its term to Nov. 7, 2031.

Other items include a $10M increase to Synect LLC's Airport Enterprise Communication System contract, bringing it to $22,977,286. A three-year street-lighting maintenance contract with Dalworth Lighting & Electrical Services is worth $992,031.65.

The agenda also includes a five-year, $5.49M window-cleaning contract with ABM Aviation and a five-year, $4.38M pest-management contract.

Board committees reviewed the items on Nov. 3. The same meeting includes a $7.8M Terminal E agreement with American Airlines, $9.7M in digital wayfinding signage and $4.8M in airfield lighting power equipment.
