Lovett Commercial Plans New Lobby Bar at POST Houston
The addition at the downtown adaptive-reuse complex is aimed at office tenants and visitors.
Lovett Commercial plans to add a new lobby bar at POST Houston, its adaptive-reuse development in the former downtown postal facility, the Houston Business Journal reported Nov. 5.
The bar is intended to improve amenities for office tenants and visitors to the complex.
POST Houston converted the former Barbara Jordan Post Office into a mixed-use complex. The new lobby bar is a renovation within the existing property rather than a new building.
The report did not disclose a construction cost, contractor or completion date.
