Trademark and Morgan Break Ground on 362 Oak Lawn Apartments, With Morgan as General Contractor

The podium development on a 3.02-acre Lemmon Avenue block will deliver its first residences in fall 2028.
Trademark Property Company and Morgan broke ground Nov. 4 on a 362-unit apartment development at 3900 Lemmon Avenue in Dallas' Oak Lawn neighborhood, according to an owner announcement released Nov. 5.
The project occupies a 3.02-acre block bounded by Lemmon Avenue, Throckmorton Street, Reagan Street and Bowser Avenue. Texas Construction Hub reported the site acquisition on Nov. 4.
The development is designed as a podium project combining three-, five- and seven-story sections. GFF is the architect.
Morgan is serving as co-developer, general contractor and property manager, with Trademark as development partner. The first residences are scheduled to open in fall 2028, with full delivery in the second quarter of 2029.
A 2024 state filing for the site estimated the project at $100 million, but that filing described a different unit count. The new announcement does not include an updated construction value, and financing details were not disclosed.
Mechanical, electrical, concrete and facade subcontractors have not been announced.
