Ministry Park First Phase Reported at $86M

New reporting places the first phase of San Antonio’s Ministry Park development at approximately $86 million, with around 260 hotel rooms included in the reported program.

The project forms part of a wider healthcare-oriented development associated with Methodist Healthcare Ministries in the South Texas Medical Center.

The owner’s June announcement established the broader proposal, while the latest report adds first-phase detail.

A current construction start, financing package and hotel agreement still require confirmation. The anticipated groundbreaking in an older announcement does not establish that the event occurred.
