$600M Two-Tower Development Proposed in Knox-Henderson

Jonas Woods and 3-O Real Estate Partners plan a hotel and residential development on approximately 2.2 acres at McKinney and Webb avenues in Dallas.

A proposed $600 million development would bring two high-rise towers to the northern edge of Dallas’ Knox-Henderson district. Developer Jonas Woods and 3-O Real Estate Partners are planning the project at McKinney and Webb avenues.

Ivy Park, the taller building, would rise approximately 400 feet across 30 stories. Plans call for a 97-room boutique hotel and 63 luxury condominiums.

The English would stand approximately 240 feet tall, with roughly 90 residential units across 20 stories. Shared infrastructure would include underground parking, public-facing amenities and associated site improvements.
