County commissioners discussed road access, infrastructure requirements and community agreements for ServerDome Global’s proposed West Texas campus.

Hudspeth County commissioners discussed infrastructure arrangements for the proposed Hueco Ranch data center during their October 27 meeting.

The agenda included a road-use agreement subject to proper bond filing, the identification of an adviser for community agreements and the infrastructure requirements of ServerDome Global’s modular development.

The developer has described an approximately $15 billion campus with individual domes measuring roughly 500 feet in diameter. Plans include closed-loop cooling and self-generated electricity, with potential power infrastructure reaching 1GW.

Site levelling is targeted for early December, subject to permits. The developer projects approximately 200–300 permanent positions and expects the campus to be delivered in stages.

A complete construction schedule and trade-contractor roster have not been announced.
