UFP Announces $27M Acquisition of Silsbee Pallet Manufacturer

The proposed Apache Products transaction includes manufacturing assets and real estate, adding capacity to UFP Packaging’s Gulf Coast network.
UFP Industries has announced an approximately $27 million acquisition of the operating assets and real estate of Apache Products, a pallet manufacturer based in Silsbee.
Apache, which operates as Acme Skid, manufactures stringer and heat-treated pallets for industrial customers. Its operations serve the Gulf Coast’s manufacturing, energy and petrochemical markets.
The transaction would bring 165 employees into UFP and add approximately $55 million in annual sales. Apache’s facility will be integrated into UFP Packaging’s PalletOne network, expanding the group’s existing regional manufacturing footprint.
UFP said the acquisition would provide immediate capacity and support its ability to serve regional and national customers.
The October 26 announcement identifies an expected closing around November 16, 2026. The agreement covers an operating manufacturing business and its property; no additional factory construction was announced.
