$140M Terraces Development Under Construction at HALL Park
The next office development at HALL Park combines workspace, structured parking and terraces overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.
HALL Group’s next addition to its Frisco campus is under construction at 2801 Network Boulevard, with delivery targeted for February 2028.
The Terraces at HALL Park carries an estimated construction cost of $139.9 million. The Beck Group is the design firm for the development, which combines approximately 206,358 square feet of office space with a substantial parking structure.
The full registered scope totals 677,278 square feet. An eight-level parking component will provide 1,345 spaces, supporting the office building and its campus setting.
Above the parking, the workplace experience centers on meeting space, a bar and lounge, private terraces and an outdoor area overlooking Kaleidoscope Park.
The project forms part of HALL Park’s continuing redevelopment, bringing another office offering into the district’s mix of hospitality, residential and public space. The filed construction start was February 2026, with completion expected February 7, 2028.
