The Ronin registration sets out 46,530 square feet of accommodation, common areas and kitchen space.

A proposed assisted-living facility at 432 Herbelin Road in New Braunfels carries an $11.625 million construction estimate in its state registration. The Ronin New Braunfels Assisted Living project is planned with 70 units across 46,530 square feet.

The September 24 filing includes common areas, support spaces and a commercial kitchen. Its scheduled construction period begins December 1, 2026 and ends December 31, 2027, but those submitted dates are not confirmation of a contractor mobilization.

Residential accommodation with operational support

The registered program extends beyond the individual accommodation units. Common areas and support rooms form part of the operating facility, while the kitchen adds a food-service component. The published floor area covers the building as a whole rather than residential rooms alone.

Detailed design will determine how those functions are arranged and serviced. The registration does not provide an equipment schedule, room-by-room clinical specification or a breakdown of the building-services budget. It would be premature to assign those packages to named specialists.

What is established in the public record

TABS2027001891 lists the project as registered and privately funded. The owner field names James Mamary Jr.; the broader developer identification in reporting should not be substituted for that exact filed entry without explanation.

A general contractor has not been confirmed in the reviewed record. The filed design firm is included below for paid members. The next steps to track are any revised schedule, local permitting milestones and an owner-confirmed construction start.
